Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

Scarlet Ross, owned by Urbantex Couture Pvt. Ltd. (hereby referred to as “Scarlet Ross”), reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, in certain circumstances where the requirement could not be met.
The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.
Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.
The cancellation request will not be entertained if the process of producing / shipping your product has been started.
Scarlet Ross holds all the rights to accept or decline any cancellations. Any modifications to your order would also be governed by the above terms.

Return Policy:

Custom Sized Garments

No returns will be accepted for custom size garments. In case you receive a defective product in terms of cloth or sizing, it will be exchanged for free.

Standard Sized Garments

The consumer has the right to return a product at any time within 3 working days, from the day he receives the products.
Unsealed products will not be accepted at the time of delivery. Returns / Cancellations of unsealed products will not be accepted. Return products must have the original invoice.
All returned products must be in an unused / sellable condition and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
Products without tags will not be accepted, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels, and all other accessories originally included with the product(s) delivered.
Once Scarlet Ross receives the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the product(s) by our quality team.
Any returned product received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case. Scarlet Ross does not hold responsibility for any damages caused in transit. A notification with the return status shall be communicated to the consumer within 48-72 working hours from the time of receipt. The Return Process

Log in to "My Account".
Go to orders. Select the product that needs to be returned / exchanged.
We will guide you through the return process by phone / e-mail once we register your return.

Credit Returns

Refund amount will be returned to the credit / debit card used for the transaction. In case of ‘Cash on Delivery’, the amount will be refunded to a bank account provided by you, within 30 working days of the receipt of return product.
